Teachers need to stay during the week but often during the whole school term at the schools. Their sleeping situation is appalling. They sleep in sheds of bamboo or old parts of wood and iron, they sleep in corners or small tents in classrooms, directors sleep on a camping bed in their office. They have to wash themselves on one tap at the schoolyard. That they still stay there is often beyond imagination!
